Any data that is in digital format can, in principle, be integrated. The most common data is in the club management software, accounting software, class booking software, fitness equipment software, or CRM. We can also automatically integrate data that is in Excel sheets or any other digital format.

When we start with a club, we integrate data from at least 5 years back unless the club is newer. This allows us to feed ANNA, our AI, so it can work more efficiently and you can see the evolution of your KPIs over the past few years.

In the final part of the integration process, we verify all the data with someone from your team. If there is any discrepancy in the data or in the criteria of how it was calculated, we explain it so you can decide whether to use your criteria or the one we propose. We personalize it so you have the data the way you want it.

Yes, the system is designed with maximum flexibility so each operator can choose the number of users they want and their roles, which gives access to certain levels of information, both at the club level and at the chain or group of clubs level.
